Our Products

  • Medicare Advantage Health Plans

    We offer Medicare Advantage HMO Plans, operating under the names Generations Healthcare in Oklahoma; Today's Health® in Wisconsin; and TexanPlus® in Texas.

    Today's Options® PPO Medicare Advantage Plans in select counties in 17 states.

    Today's Options® PFFS Medicare Advantage Private Fee-for-Service Plans offered in every state with the exception of Alaska, Delaware, New Mexico, Rhode Island and Wyoming.

    Several pilot programs, including The Fresenius Medicare Health Plan, a special needs program for people with End-Stage Renal Disease.
  • Medicare Prescription Drug Plans

    We offer Community CCRxSM and PrescribaRxSM, which are available nationally. We developed and administer Community CCRx as part of our strategic alliance with the National Community Pharmacists Association (NCPA).
  • Traditional Insurance

    Medicare Supplement plans and traditional insurance products, including whole life insurance, First Diagnosis Cancer Insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, and other specialty insurance products.
