Working Together to Keep Our Members Healthy
Through our Healthy Collaboration, we work together with doctors, pharmacists and other healthcare professionals to help keep our members healthy and effectively treat their illnesses.
Our Medicare Advantage plans with physician networks are designed to encourage our members to have a community doctor to coordinate their care. Under our model of care, we address the whole person, including their financial and family barriers, not just medical symptoms. We work together with doctors and pharmacists to find solutions to problems impacting the overall health of our members.
